Free shipping on all orders

 

Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and the total delivery time for all orders are 5-7 business days. We will contact you if there is an excessive delay with the dispatch of your  order.

Customs and Tax Charges

Within the European Union, duty is not applied to your delivery but outside the EU charges may apply and kindly note that you might need to pay any applicable tax or import charges. Please check with your local customs for details.

Return & Exchange Policy

Apologize we do not offer any refund service right now.

We will accept returns of any faulty goods.  Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase at your own cost.

Whilst we want you to be happy with your order, as tea is a consumable good we will only replace tea if it is faulty or damaged in any way. This is subject to assessment by our Customer Service team and Head of Tea, as applicable. Simply email us at info@tea-said.com to notify us of your wish to return the purchased items and share with us your reason(s) for return. Then follow the return directions in the email communication . Once we receive your return products, we will work on the exchange at our soonest. Kindly note that it will take 5-7 working days for the process.

Only regulated price items may be returned, unfortunately sales items are not eligible for return for exchange.
